As the director of Service Advantage Innovation at Ricoh USA Inc., Dale Walsh is responsible for developing innovative strategies, solutions, and partnerships in the Americas and globally. He focuses primarily on emerging markets and technologies such as robotics, drones, and other unmanned systems, intelligent locking systems, as well as last-mile delivery solutions. Walsh assists companies large and small in utilizing Ricoh’s massive global infrastructure including field service technicians, call centers, help desks, depot repair, training services, and remote monitoring services to create their own Service Advantage. He has been with the Ricoh family of companies for over 25 years and lives in the Atlanta area.
