RBR50 company Adept Technology, a provider of intelligent robots, autonomous mobile solutions and services, has named John Villadsen VP of global operations.

Prior to Adept, Villadsen was general manager at Moquin Press in Belmont, California. He has also been senior vice president of global operations for Global Equipment Services and Manufacturing (GES); vice president of global operations for Aviza Technology; and vice president of operations for VA Linux Systems.

“John Villadsen comes to Adept with more than 20 years of experience managing companies’ operations, establishing global supply chains, and implementing lean practices worldwide,” says Rob Cain, Adept president and CEO. “He is a hands-on leader focused on profitability and scalability. Villadsen holds a BS degree in Education from CSU Fresno.
