There are a lot of failure points in putting products together, Motion Box brings multiple disciplines and technologies together in one place, so that the customer can focus on what they do best, not what we should be doing.

Motion Box is a complete, configured system consisting of linear actuators (3 Axis, X-Y-Z), Servo Motors, Cable Management, Motion Control, and HMI which is fully integrated and ready to program and apply. The basic engineering, assembly and trouble shooting is completed, the user only needs to teach positions, define move profiles and attach tooling and the system is complete and ready to go. Other systems require further integration in order to start programming and apply the product. Motion Box can be programmed within minutes of mounting the actuators and connecting the power source.

Rather than the customer waste resources to design, and specify a large number of components, motion box is one component, with simplified selection criterion, which streamlines the customer decision process and shortens the customer’s development cycle.

Where many industrial robots struggle to move more than 5Kg of load, the Rollon Motion Box can move up to 50Kg with very smooth and rapid motion. The Rollon Motion Box works in a very compact working environment, taking up minimal floor space compared with the amount of load which can be moved.
