- Modernizing Facade Maintenance – When the Skyline Robotics was launched, the founders analyzed a number services required to maintain the facade of a building. With window cleaning being the largest market opportunity of all the services, it was a simple choice to begin there, and then grow with other product extensions (inspection, masonry, painting, etc.). In addition, significant numbers of injuries, including severe injuries and even deaths, occur at heights on building facades each year, and the company wanted to develop a solution to that problem.
- Height and Safety – The company is also analyzing other opportunities in addition to facade work, including solutions for work that occurs at heights, again with an eye towards increasing safety.

Partners – The company has created a partnership with Platinum Building Services, a leading building service provider in New York City. Platinum Business Services will be a key partner in getting the business going in the most important market on the planet. Skyline also includes Karcher as both a venture and R&D partner, and will be be collaborating with Karcher on future cleaning efficiency initiatives.
Customers – On October 2021, Skyline Robotics announced an agreement with New York City skyscrapers leader, Platinum. Platinum owns contracts for 65 percent of Class A buildings in New York City. Under terms of the partnership, Platinum has exclusive rights to use Ozmo in New York.
