The company said it has has developed a powerful solution -- RDrive servomotors with a strain-wave gearhead and controller. They are both integrated into the housing, making them more compact and easy to integrate, according to Rozum. Based on RDrive servomotors, Rozum Robotics also designs and manufactures PULSE, a collaborative robot that is safe, flexible, and easy to install. For five years, Rozum has provided motors and collaborative robots to more than 18 countries around the world.

For instance, Rozum barista cobots are already brewing coffee in four countries. PULSE is a new-generation, Industry 4.0-ready robotic arm powered by the PULSE DESK software. The arm itself is a collaborative robot built with all the latest technology to demonstrate superior working performance:

The safety and collaborativness of PULSE is confirmed by international certificates, said Rozum. The integration time of PULSE in the production is from one to three months. It takes only five days to install a barista robot, according to the company. Users can carry a cobot promoter in a suitcase and set it up in a couple of hours.
PULSE can be quickly trained for new tasks, Rozum said. The operator can manually lead the cobot along a new trajectory, PULSE remembers it and then repeats all the movements independently with 0.1 mm repeatability.
All Rozum Robotics solutions for entertainment can be also changed, customized, and adapted to user's needs. The company said that its PULSE arm and software are a new approach to further integrating robots into production and everyday life, making them more intelligent, habitual to humans, and much easier to control.
