Making its debut at Pack Expo 2012 is a novel, end-of-line palletizing robot that?s sure to find a home where ever mobility and adaptability are necessary, which seems to be most everywhere these days.
The E3 Robox (FANUC Robotics) from Schneider Packaging Equipment Co., Inc. is economical, highly efficient and easy to own. The E3 is designed to replace simple manual palletizing at the end of a line and to fit in about the same space (8 x 7.5 feet), and offers product labeling and bar-code reading for product tracking, making it suitable for pharmaceutical and food applications.
Part of Schneider?s ?Robot in a Box? family, the E3 Robox fits into same space as manual palletizing station. Additionally, the E3 is equipped with fork pockets and can be transported by forklift between lines for fluctuating production demands.
Schneider specializes in end-of-line solutions for case packing and palletizing needs, exhibits its newest robotic palletizer, the E3 ROBOX at Pack Expo 2012, McCormick Place, Chicago, October 28-31, 2012.
Designed with economy in mind, the E3 Robox provides a simple and portable robotic end-of-line palletizing solution at a price point and small footprint that is easy to justify. The built in flexibility simplifies handling multiple SKUs, often without any mechanical changeover
With the introduction of the E3, Schneider claims that it now offers the broadest range of robotic palletizing solutions available?from the small and economical E3 to fully integrated multi-line, multi-SKU solutions delivering wrapped and labeled unit loads ready to ship.
